The focus on environmental sustainability leads IFM to select a wide range of organic products and/or KM 0, also in response to the dictates laid down for the public administration from the National Action Plan on Green Public Procurement. The commitment in the selection of products is to choose foods that come from organic agriculture, integrated production systems, typical and traditional, designation (PDO and PGI) and organic aquaculture. With the goal of reducing the environmental impact from time IFM involves the use of water and loose drinks such as the distribution of water filtered through nozzles. In the IFM installations is promoted the dissemination of correct and eco-compatible behaviors by energy consumption reduction, that has substantial reverberations on spending review for business-clients, management and waste collection until you reach green purchasing policies.
